Large opening doors separating the living room and porch area allow for the option to have open acces to the outdoors from within the apartment. Opening of the doors creates an excellent breezeway for trade winds to freshen the living environment inside. During the night or when the house is unoccupied, these doors can be shut for security reasons or unfavorable weather. The living room is provided with connections for cable TV, audio, internet and telephone.
The modern European kitchen is linked to the porch via opening kitchen windows. The convenient access between kitchen and porch creates a social dining atmosphere. The kitchen is furnished with several cabinets, an inset stainless steel sink, a gas stove, and a microwave. The counter is made from natural stones.
Each apartment has two bathrooms. Bathroom 1 is adjoined to the master bedroom while bathroom 2 is centrally located within the apartment for easy accessibility. Both bathrooms are spacious and tiled to keep a cool and clean atmosphere. They are comprised of a shower (hot water), toilet, sink, and optional mechanical ventilation. Cocolora is constructed on a slope, resulting in nice unobstructed views from the porches of virtually all apartments. This location also causes the cooling breeze of the trade winds to flow through all apartments.
The resort has a large pool deck for communal use, decorated with colorful tropical landscaping. A deep well is used to utilize an underground water reservoir of approximately 75 m³, providing water for the pool and irrigation of the garden areas.
Cocolora unique in that automobile traffic is completely excluded within the boundaries of the property. The absence of cars keeps Cocolora a quieter, cleaner, and safer place of residence. Entrance to the resort is possible either through the personal garages or trough one of the common pedestrian gates. Garages and fences create an unimposing border that surrounds Cocolora, adding to the reliable security of the resort. Additionally, the apartments are provided with an intercom system to remotely open the gate for guests.

Cocolora is centrally located, east of Willemstad in the new and popular residential BrakkeputAbou. Within walking distance just a few hundred meters away is Spanish Water, the most beloved water sports area in Curaçao with its majestic view on the Tafelberg.

The Cocolora complex will host approximately 60 apartments, each built with a private garage on a total area of about 12,200 m². The standard apartment will contain 2 bedrooms.
There will be 15 stand alone units within the complex, each unit housing 4 apartments – 2 apartments on the ground floor and 2 apartments on the second floor. It is possible to merge the standard 2 bedroom apartments on a floor together to create a single larger 3 bedroom apartment that occupies the entire floor.
Each apartment has its own garage. The resort has a large pool for communal use.
The apartments and the location of Cocolora allow you to relax and enjoy your own house under the sun. Apartments are also particularly suitable for rentals or as a second home.
The resort is fully enclosed creating a secure perimeter and safe living environment. Cars are prohibited within the complex and all roads exist on the exterior of the resort.
Walkways lined with tropical plants connect apartments to communal facilities, among which include a luxurious swim deck with accompanying palapas and large trees.
An on-site deep well supplies the resort with irrigation and water for the pool from a 75 m³ underground reservoir. Lastly, all apartments are provided with connections for cable television, high-speed internet, telephone, as well as solar panels.
